In automatic mode the server tries the sources below in order; the first that answers wins. Default order TCMB → ECB → open.er-api.com; you can change the order and which ones are tried. TCMB publishes on weekdays after ~15:30; no new rate on weekends and holidays. If no source can be reached, the existing rate is unchanged and stays in use, and the error is shown below.
